Custody Maintained at Every Stage

Stage 01 — Facility

USDA-Inspected Processing, On Our Floor

Every carcass is graded, processed, and packed under continuous USDA FSIS inspection at our Texas facility. Grading records are generated at point of cut — not reconstructed after the fact.

Stage 02 — Cold Storage

Temperature-Controlled from Box to Vessel

Product moves from processing into our controlled cold-storage staging area without a break in chain-of-custody. Temperature logs are continuous and export-document-ready before loading.

Stage 03 — Port & Vessel

Reefer Loading Under Our Oversight

We coordinate directly with port operations and vessel scheduling. Reefer container set-points are verified before seal, and pre-departure documentation is filed with destination-country customs in advance.

Compliance Managed In-House, Not Outsourced

USDA FSIS & APHIS

Destination-Country Protocols

Documentation Accuracy

Continuous inspection, export health certificates, and APHIS veterinary sign-off are processed through our in-house compliance team on every shipment.

Bills of lading, phytosanitary certificates, and country-of-origin declarations are prepared before vessel departure — no corrections at port, no shipment holds.

Japan, South Korea, China, and Southeast Asian import authorities each require distinct labeling and certification sets. We maintain active protocol files for every served market.
